Shipped to current address in 12/08. Car has been meticulously cared for. Oil changed every 3K miles with BMW 5W/30 synthetic, transmission oil, filter and pan changed at 40K. It won't need to be smogged right away but when it does you just put the OEM DPs and OEM airbox back on get it tested and then put it everything back. Already had to do this when I moved from NJ to CA in 2008. Easy enough.
