One owner car originally purchased at Open Road BMW in Edison NJ. Shipped to current address in 12/08. Car has been meticulously cared for. Oil changed every 3K miles with BMW 5W/30 synthetic, transmission oil, filter and pan changed at 40K. Turbos replaced under warranty at 42K due to sticking waste gates. Vanos solenoids replaced at 45K. Car has been washed weekly and detailed twice a year. Have extensive maintenance records available. Never had bad HP fuel pump. Still on original pump. This car is very fast (low 4 sec 0-60) Never tracked and never been to the drag strip. This is a chance to get a car that will outrun an M3 for half the price.

Hmm if someone purchases the car will it pass smog?

It won't need to be smogged right away but when it does you just put the OEM DPs and OEM airbox back on get it tested and then put it everything back. Already had to do this when I moved from NJ to CA in 2008. Easy enough.
