135ti coming state side.
Im not sure if this is a but here ya go.
Seems like the 135ti will come with a inline 6. Also seems like the M1 will have the 335i engine. http://www.topspeed.com/cars/bmw-1-series/ke313.html

US should get a 130i and 135i
( no ti in the name, and no M1. The M1 name is already taken )

The question is: "Who the h3ll will buy this ugly, small THING that BMW came up with, here in USA...?" I know I would not want to spend that much money and feel like I am in a wine barrel

You guys haven't got a clue, the 1 series is a far better driving experience than the 3 series, and when you get 360bhp through this thing it will give the V8 M3 a serious run for the money.
The interior is pretty much identical to the e90, just a much more nimble car all round. |

Mini has a heck of a lot more room in the front, not to mention that the MINI is a legend, and most people buy it just for the looks, where with the M1... You get a good engine with lots of performance and an Ugly and Small compratment

And with the N54? Yeah, can you say .:R32 killer? Heck, it'd probably even knock off the .:R36 whenever they get around to making it. Was bronco trying to say the 1er was designed in the USA? Oh yeah, and it will never be the M1 because as far as BMW is (rightly) concerned, this is and will always be the ONLY M1 ever: - LC

It will only be in coupe and vert version in the USA market. The coupe looks like a smaller E92.

We had a 535d, 120d M-Sport and a Mini at the same time, the 1er is not a great deal smaller inside than the 5er, the mini is far smaller than the 1er. As I said I now have a 120d M-Sport and an E91 M-Sport and the interior is about the same size wise. Where are you getting all this info from?? |
