Hey all,

I'm moving up to DC at the end of the summer and would like to get into an e9x or e46 M3 that I can own, so I'm looking for someone to either assume my current lease or purchase the car for the current buyout price.

A little background on the car:

Car is located in Cary/Chapel Hill, NC

2010 Infiniti G37S Coupe
6400 Miles (as of 5/15/2011, it is my DD so miles will go up, but not by much)

Graphite Shadow Exterior

No Modifications, whatsoever

Forgot to include, the car also includes a 2 year/30K Mile maintenance plan that covers all scheduled maintenance as well as road hazard (I believe), I'd have to pull out the agreement to make sure.

Navigation Package (Includes back-up camera, XM Radio and 9.3GB Music Box HD)

Lease Terms:
39 Months, 15,000 Miles/Year (Lease started 08/27/2010, so 30-31 months left on lease)
Total Contracted Miles: 48,958 (43,000 Miles left in lease)
Payment is $459.11 + $13.77(Tax) = $472.88/Month in NC
Residual: $26,898.70

Current Buyout: $37,675.03
That's good through 5/26/2011, which is when this months payment is due.

There are a couple imperfections with the car:

- Pulling out of our driveway I scraped a car that was parked and there is cosmetic damage to the front passenger side of the car. I've taken pictures of the scratches. There was no dent made, just scraped paint.
- Scratch to the interior passenger door handle. Also pictured.
- Slight road rash to the front driver side wheel. Pictured
