Does anyone know how to remove the black plastic under the trunk liner?

Hello,

I been try for the last 15 mins to remove this black piece. I took all the screws out and it still refuses to lift up(the ones around the edges). Any ideas?

Well I didn't really find out why it didn't come off, but I found out the 335i's have it there because of the dual exhaust. I used to have a 328i(where I got the bin from) which only had a single sided exhaust so there was room for the storage bin. Oh well.

to take out the tray there is bolts from the bottom that hold up the heat shields for the exhaust. take them out and it will pop off.
