Wipers don't wpie smoothly on windshield.

I've checked everything, but the wipers still groan and go all over the place whenever it rains...

Everything is OEM.

Are your windshield and wipers dirty? Have you used rain-x or anything similar?

Maybe they need to be replaced? How old are the blades?

If still in warranty, get new wipers from dealer. If not, buy them

They should still be new, I bought it CPO less than three months ago.

I don't think CPO means they replaced it. In general they don't replace them unless you specifically ask.

Just b/c it was a CPO doesn't mean they slapped some new ones on there before you picked the car up. You need new ones and you are under warranty so go get some.
