Cost of cpo extended warranty?

Looking at a cpo. 335 xi with 22k was asking 36k now 35k.
First question is how much more wiggle room do I have?
Second question. Warranty above and beyond cpo basic... How much does it cost and what is coverage consist of. Sorry for newbie questions

Thanks. Will be chatting in am with dealer so any worldly advice let me know

Try to get it down to $32 - $34K IMO.

As far as warranty information, here you go. =)

http://www.bmwusa.com/Standard/Conte...Warranty2.aspx

So basically mostly engine, electrical and any safety related things are covered lol. No upkeep items, wear & use, body & interior and accessories.

i would push to have the warranty included in that 30k but i'd settle for 32k and the cpo warranty

my extended maintainence was dealed downed to about 1800 (2400 was the quoted). you can definitely deal them down. dont take what they give you. deal EVERYTHING down.

I walked out on the dealer because of final price. dealer lowered the apr to 1.9 (2.9 was the quoted) for 60 month loan and that was the final dealbreaker for me. instead of 38.5k which was original price I walked out paying 35K out the door.

lastly, they are going to offer all kinds of warranties (tire protection, gold/silver/etc) that I did not eventually take. its up to you, but take your time, think through if you think you really need it.

only thing that i should have gotten on top of my extended maintainence was the tire protection. our tires are fragile, so is our rims when fitted with RFT. that might have come in handy for me... upto you though. if there are lots of pot holes around your area, you definitely should think of getting that protection.
