Me too! I actually have a great relationship with my dealer (Assael BMW in Monrovia, CA). It really helps your experience with BMW when the dealer is understanding and when they actually care after you purchase the car!

Yea I purchased from Bmw of manhattan, the CA is very nice and very caring. However, the parts department is another story.

BMWNA and dealerships are two different animals...some dealerships are cool..some dealership staff is cool...sometimes the opposite. The manufacturer can be cool if you get to know the right people.

I just felt that since I have been kinda hard on BMW for the last few weeks over the little fuel pump "issue" I should give equal time by saying how much I love them, and how kind and compassionate they are.
