Apparently only 68 people were killed. This killer won't get the death penalty or anything remotely bad for what he's done. He'll get 21 years in prison then be let out. In Norway, you need to have killed over 80 people to be deserving of the death penalty. Fuck that country.

21 years is the maximum penalty. They're currently talking about ways to circumvent that.

I have an easy solution: Charge 21 years per murder: according to my calculations that would be approximately 1500 years in prison
