feel really natural?

I've never felt a good boob job personally
all the ones you could kind of tell, some had it better than others
In movies though, you always see girls be all like "wow, that feels real"
so in your experience have you ever felt up a boob and you were like "dayum, I know they are fake but I couldn't tell the difference!"

They can feel and look natural until you squeeze them. Then you can tell that they are fake. But I'm not complaining.

I can always tell...

Not bad, just different

From experience...

100% look better with tight sweater
80% look better in low cut blouse
70% look better in bikini (the bad ones will have a double bubble or some visible wrinkling)

IMHO only 20% look better on their back....

For Sara....i sure hope that you have fully thought this out...many potential pitfalls (assuming that you haven't done the deed yet)

Yes... Had a pair in my hands that felt phenomenal. Perky, soft and supple. Every other pair felt hard and fake... I don't know what kinda voodoo her doc used.. But they still fill my dreams from time to time..

Been around a few sets and unfortunately paid for one set(Ex wife's). I'll say that you can always tell. Seen a couple of really bad ones where you can see the creases and implant (too big on a thin girl) but do have to say the ex's where nicely done(should have been they cost a small fortune). But even with those once you squeeze you know they are not real. There all fine to look at, some not so good to handle but closest to natural is my current preference, unless someone wants to try and sway me with real world experiments

It really depends on what type of implant the girl has.
IMHO Gel implants are as close as you can get to the real thing. Think gummy bears. Mmmmm.

If a woman starts with a solid c and is I pretty good shape and does a under the muscle silicone, it can be pretty close with a really great doc. But finding that perfect result is about as common as riding a unicorn.
