This isn't that bad and was pretty common in my life growing up. What's worse is the people that get KILLED for shoes as in the 1995 incident in L.A. where a guy was shot and killed for some Air Max shoes.

I think if the victim handles this footage properly he might be able to sue the shyt out of some people. Hard to prove he stole the shoes.

Can't really say he actually "stole" those shoes.. As to anyone could walk up to a random person and say he/she stole them just to get a free pair of shoes or whatever it may be (phone, jewerly, etc). Not saying he didn't steal them, I'm just saying that I myself would be intimidated also by a group of people surrounding me not knowing what they could or would do to me. If my life was in danger, I would just hand those shoes over. My life > $200 foamposites
