Hi everyone,

I finally traded in my old 1999 E46 323i today and purchased a 2007 E92 335i (when I read these forums it kills me that I could have purchased a new M3 in the states for the same price, but that's Australia for you...).

A couple of quick observations, and one or two questions.

1. Great car! (obviously), need to get out of the city ASAP so that I can "open it up" a bit more freely.

2. Had been hoping for a manual, but they are too hard to find here. Had also been hoping for an M sport, but couldn't find one I liked.

3. The oil cooler appears to have been installed (based on looking at the front right wheel opening), which is good for a Mar 2007 build.

4. The car has comfort access and the door handle lights.

5. Was perplexed as to why the window was going half down each time I was opening the car (thought I was going to have to have the windows re-programmed), but thankfully found a thread relating to this. It's a feature of the car when you press open twice!

6. Looks as though one of the globes is gone (not the xenon, the halogen), however no error messages are coming up. Is this a bad thing?

Nice looking car "mate"! Looks great, even without msport. I'm not sure what you mean by "one globe". There is only supposed to be one projector (xenon) in each headlight. The other light is the high-beam flash and also the day time running lamp.

Ah, I meant the day time running lamp.
