Best Use of Shred Guitar Ever?

My admiration for Buckethead is well documented, but is 4:35-4:55 not the best use of shred during a slow song ever? At least one of them.

My jaw is on the floor.

He's definitly top 5 guitarist in my list. Awesome shreds and riffs and his own unique style.

best use of whammy.

Steve Vai and his whole set during the last G3 video with Yngwie and Joe was mind blowing as well.

Agreed, amazing and Satriani is a nice guy and good teacher too.

Paul Gilbert also on my list.

Agreed...

Sidenote: Many think Buckethead IS Paul Gilbert, but this is generally believed to not be the case. Brian Carroll (Buckethead) and Gilbert played together growing up and so their styles are extremely similar.

For Example:

Both insane players. The more of both you listen to, the more similar they sound. Especially in the Technical Difficulties riffs.

From 2:30 to the end is probably some of the best live guitar I've ever seen performed.
