I am asking $23k. It is bank owned (not sure how that works) by BMW Financial Services.

I love love love my car...but sadly, I have decided to go back to school and my beautiful bimmer has to go for a cheaper ride. I bought this car with the intent of making 400whp, but I was waiting for the warranty to expire. It is 100% stock. This is a very well loved car. I have never taken it to the track, and generally just try to get the best MPG I can out of it (got 31mpg my last road trip to southern OH!).

The car is located near Cleveland, OH. Last year, an asshole bumped into my car with a lawn mower and wouldn't admit to it (there were no witnesses). I haven't gotten the dent/scratch fixed, but I have been told by 2 experienced bodymen that it is ~$800 in damage. You can see the damage in the pictures below. There is a very tiny ding on the trunk lid near the key hole (ex girlfriend ran into it with a pedal bike) that is impossible to see unless it is pointed out. The steering wheel cover has a little spot of wear near the volume controls. Other than this, the car is about as immaculate as you can get. The tires were replaced middle of last year, and I just had to replace one 3 weeks ago (flat tire). I will take pictures of the interior, and more pictures in general when I can.

The gist:

• <51,000 miles
• 6-speed manual
• Premium package (premium audio, bluetooth phone stuff, BMW assist, etc)
• Cold weather package
• Comfort access (touch the door handle and it unlocks)
• Red leather
• Space gray metallic (I think that's the official name of the color)
• No mods, both keys, warranty left until 2013
• 50% tint on the driver and passenger windows, 35% on the rear

I will add more pics later. These are not in chronological order. It was detailed last week, so the rims are clean clean again.
