Walter Röhrl still is the man! Porsche uses him as a test driver for their street cars and race cars - even today. So his foot work must still be pretty good!

Walter Röhrl has a new dvd out called: Röhrls Katze. I bought a copy and it is great dvd. Lots of background on his (early) days at Lancia, Opel and later Audi. Too bad its only in German(& in PAL), buts a great video - even if you only know a little bit of German. It has a lot of his classic rally car clips that made him famous. Including this "fancy footwork" clip(posted above).

And also his famous Baboon comment - that was taken out of context.

This is what I call a true race car driver and not some computerized bull s..t transmission that does all the work for you. You got to have skill!
