Voice over actors?

Is there anyone on the forum that's a voice over actor or knows about the field that can give me any advice as to how to get started? This is something I've wanted to do for awhile now, and finally started getting vocal coaching and am ready to made the plunge. I have been recording instruments for awhile now so I can do all the recording mixing and mastering myself, I've also been checking out sites such as voices.com and voice123.com. I just don't know if those are good places to start. I'm going to start making some demos tomorrow, and figured I'd start with voices.com and also sending them to a few local studios and agencies, etc.

I have a deep boomy and smooth voice, I can do a good radio voice and 'Don laFontaine' [sorta], as well as a few others, but I feel this may be cliche. Anyway, I hope someone can chime in.
