Help with warranty issue

I didn't get any notice before but anyways, My warranty ended.. and I can't get extended factory warranty anymore.
I can pretty much get the other kind but I am not sure if this is okay.
Can you guys give me some advise whether I should get warranty or not?
HELP NEEDED ASAP ~
