Long story short, I ran my jb4 for 3 months on map2, without removing my catalytics. Not sure if this is the cause for it, but I'm assuming the added performance made it go early.

I'd like to take the damaged cats out, gut them, and reinstall it. Then buy a set of oem cats for the sake of canadas gay emission laws.

Has anyone done this before? I've heard that if you dont gut them properly, you can get a lot of turbulence? Any answers or suggestions?

Have you looked at high flow cats? I'm not sure about Canada's emissions standards so I wouldn't know if they would pass.

Considered hi flow cats. I really would like to go catless, but incase of a visual inspection, I'd rather have cats in place. Thats why I thought this might be a good alternative. Just thought having the stock ones in place, but hollow would be a good idea?

LMAO! This is so true

I'm sure my cats are gone. My garage smells like rotten eggs everytime I start my car to warm up. Fuel efficiency dropped dramatically, I'm getting 15.1 litres/100km; 13.something before. Power and acceleration isnt the same. Hard to say how much power was lost, but its noticable.

Any helps appreciated.
