Horn thoughts and suggestions please
I would like to upgrade the stock horn on my car. It seems a bit wimpy.
As much as I would like to go with the locomotive version just to see the fear that it strikes in the people who deserve a good blast, I will go with a more tame selection. I would appreciate your thoughts. What kind? Where purchased? Is it plug and play? Effective but not illegal. Thanks in advance.

I don't like the stock horn either, so I changed it right away. Before I traded my TSX to my new BMW, I removed the Hella horn that I installed. It's an easy install because BMW has two wiring terminals compare to my TSX (Japanese cars maybe only has one wire). That's why I didn't run extra wiring to connect to the battery. For BMW, all I did is fabricate a terminal that connects on both ends. I didn't remove the stock horn because I used it's brace to hold the Hella horn.
You will be pleased with the Hella Super Tone compare to stock horns. Go check the link where I posted a video after the install. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...la+horn&page=2
