Had one as a loaner, very unimpressed, and slow as shit. I thought that the 3 series had a way better interior, and the non-nav I-drive was very unnecessary.
This 2007 had a MSRP of $52,000. I would go will the Used X5 or New X3. |

Depends on the pricing, the previous owner's loss might be your gain...
The E60 is a fine car with its own driving style. It'd be slower in a straight line but it'd still feel as good in the twisties as your E90.

thanks guys i will call them up a little later, but i really wonder why somebody would trade in a 525xi for a pontiac lol but then again, i test drove an a6 at a cadillac dealer cand i could tell 1000% it was in an accident.....but a carfax check would be nice... i know someone here has a carfax account!

just do your research....a good thing the E60 is still under new car warranty. Make sure the pricing is in line, some of these GM sales people get greedy, they know the opportunity to sell a premium product is not an everyday occurence, that's why they tend to mark up new and exciting products.
