Does sport seats have memory settings?

Looking to replace my wife's car. I do drive it on the weekends so easily adjustable seats are a must. Normally I don't mind manual seats but I tried the ones in the 325i and found the height adjustment really bad. To raise the seat I had to grab the steering wheel and lift myself up and then had to push myself down after the seat popped all the way up. Don' think my wife would go for that....I sure wouldn't. Why don't they use a lever to rachet up/down like in VW or Subaru or pretty much everybody else?

Back to the sport seats...Do they have memory, at least for the driver side?

If you get the option of electric seats with memory (separate) then they do. Otherwise they are manually adjusting (except the side bolster) without memory. electric seats are part of the premium package. Not sure if available as a standalone-check on BMWNA site.

On the 325 you would have to get the PP pkg to get electric seat OR get the leather seats available as stand alone option. However, for the price of the option you might go for the PP pkg. For the 330, electric seats are std, including the sport seats in the ZSP.

the memory only applies to the seat location. the side bolsters and lumbar wont be stored on the memory.

So it looks like I have to add the Premium package for the 325i to get decent seat adjustment. Well, that pretty much leaves 330i or Xi as the choices then.
