Please Please Help

Hi! i have a 325i e93.I removed the cats and the tunners put in something called a dummie cat that sits in the place of the lambda sensors and the lambda sensor sits on top of that,Now the car is throwing fuel out the exhaust and sometimes smells oil. took it for a diagnostic and these are the following codes coming up P0304,P0300,P0305 and P3284.
Please can someone help me

Robert mugabe is that you? It has to be cause who else can afford a bmw in zimbawe? Anyways hit me up next time they boot your crazy ass from a UN convention in nyc.
