Only 40 DVD's? You should be thankful that they are terrible thieves and didn't know how to take wheels, the stereo, the car itself, hell even the trim in the front of the car is worth $515 new. At least you learned your lesson and got off almost scotch free.

Glad it was just some punks stealing DVDs, and not any of these OBD thefts we always here about! Im going to go crazy with paranoia if i read another OBD theft thread.

Basically its easy for thieves to steal our cars. They just smash the driver's window, plug something into the OBD port (there's an alarm blind spot) and programme a blank key.

Damn, that sucks I once accidentally (and stupidly) left my car unlocked in the driveway overnight and some punk kids stole my iPod out of my center console. It was just an iPod Nano, at least. I know the little bastards that did it, too, but had no way to prove it so I didn't bother pursuing it.

Thankfully they were "considerate" enough to leave my BMW Y cable AND my Cobb AccessPort that was sitting right next to my iPod. Lol
