Definitive Euro 2.5 hesitation answer sought

Hi All..

I have a euro 2.5.
There is DEFINATELY a hesitation, mostly when cold
but can happen at any time. I cannot isolate the revs exactly
but it is between 3100-3300.

I' ve had it in to the dealer to check it out.
Not only could they not find it, I got the impression that
they were not taking me seriously.

To cap it they scratched my car (probably when cleaning it)
though because I did not spot it until filling up later I cannot
do anything about it.

Please can someone definitively confirm that there is an issue
with the engine at that speed. I want it fixed and I would like
to tell them where to look. As you can tell I am not happy.

My car was built in July.

Many thanks to all who view and can contribute.
