faulty rain sensor

So I bought a CPO about 2 weeks ago and it rained the other day for the first time since I bought the car. I noticed the automatic wiper did not work, so i had to use it manually. I made an appointment and took it back to the dealership and the tech told me, the rain sensor detached from the windshield that's why it was not sensing it. He was recommending me to get a new windshield through my insurance. Also he said this car has an aftermarket windshield which i was more upset at them. Well I didn't buy this car from some used car lot, i bought it from you and its CPO, they told me CPO doesn't required to have OEM windshield. I was like whatever but you need to fix this problem becuase apparently I didnt break this. It was like this since I bought it. And they told me it does not cover under their warranty and they were recommending me to go through my insurance and pay my deductible. Is this really true? I had this car for 2 weeks now... I am very frustrated with them....

Don't you have a 30 day return policy? I bet if you threaten to just return the car, they will be more flexible to fixing this.

Also, I just downloaded the CPO checklist, and Rain Sensor operation is CLEARLY listed here. Print it out, and take it in. Here is the link from the BMW site:

+1 this... return to them because poor service... and not informing you of aftermarket parts on CPO...
