Mileage Range buying Used E93

Interested in purchasing a '11 or '12 335i Cab and wanted to know what sort of mileage range we should consider when buying either year model.

Have been using kbb and edmunds to gauge pricing but the two have significant differences on occasion.

When searching over large distances, is it reasonable to request high Rez pictures and service records?

Please feel free to give your thoughts in price range for e93 with under 10k,premium paint, premium - cold - convenience packages, steptronic with paddles, BMW assist.

Don't want NAV but most seem to have it.

After reading a number of threads it looks like 10-12k miles/yr is the norm.
