July 2007 3 Series Sales Report

I apologize for being late with the July report but I have been traveling and just returned home.

This July BMW sold a whopping 11,568 units of the 3 Series which was up a very rousing 34.7% from the total of 8,585 sold during July, 2006. For the first 7 months of 2007 sales of the 3 Series are up 22.7% when compared to the same period of 2006.

MBUSA sold only 4,291 C Class units this month, down 18.8% from the 5,285 units sold last July. This result is totally understandable as the new 2008 C Class goes on sale this week. YTD sales for the C Class are up 13.4% for the first 7 months of 2007.

Lexus sales of the IS250/350 were flat in July as the increase this year was only 44 units over the 4,848 sold in July, 2006.

Please note that I am report only the United States sales data.
