Dealership loaner cars?

Sup guys, im going to have to give my 325i that i got from open road bmw to my local body shop for some front bumper repairs. This repair however has nothing to do with the dealership.

How do i go about getting a loaner from the dealership for a week or 2? is this even possible? I would settle even for a toyota or something doesnt have to be a bmw. Anyone have similar experiences?

Forget it. I seriously doubt they will do that since they have no responsibility for the reason it's in the body shop. Just pick up a cheap rental. Maybe your insurance will pay part of the rental if you have that on your policy.

I don't see why the dealer would give you anything, since you are not bringing the car to them to repair. Doesn't hurt to ask though.
Also, are you getting this done under insurance? If so, check with your insurance company. They might have some sort of rental/loaner program.

Sounds right to me...

Also is it normal for front bumper work to take 1-2 weeks?

Just dropped off my car today at OpenRoad for repairs and DME N52 update.

You'll be paying roughly $60/day, if I'm not mistaken.

:Off Topic:

Incidentally, if you are around the area, there's a Brand Spankin New Black Saphire M5 sitting in the showroom.

if you use their rcommended body shop they probably would. but if you go on your own to a body shop, forget about it.
