New Camera Options?
I purchased a Nikon D60 about a year ago and loved it. I recently moved to Hawaii and my camera along with most of my electronics were stolen by the moving company prior to leaving the mainland. So I am now in the market for another camera.
I am not a pro by any means at taking or processing pictures but I want to work on it and have something nice to take some great shots at the many locations here. I figure now is the time to make a purchase with all the deals floating around. Can you experts help out an amateur? I am looking at the following T3 package http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...0UP-000F-00017 D3100 package http://www.amazon.com/Nikon-14-2MP-D...LO?afsrc=fstfx D5100 Package (little more than I want to spend but is it worth it? http://www.amazon.com/Nikon-16-2MP-D...KG?afsrc=fstfx Any other thoughts? I am trying to stay under 650 for the body, a lens, bag, and a SD card since all those were taken in the move. Thank in advance for any help.

if you're just going to get a DSLR with a kit lens (18-55 or 55-200), you might as well just get a really advanced compact like the Canon S100 or the Canon G15, or the Olympus XZ-2 or the Sony RX100.
The G15 and the Olympus both have VERY fast lenses with f/1.8 at the wide-end and 2.5 or 2.8 at the tele-end. this is just my honest opinion.
