Graphic software/tool

So does anyone know of a good, simple, and free (of course) graphic tool to manipulate the photos? I've taken some pics at the SoCalEuro meet but they're like in the Megs range, so I can't really post them here unless I get them down to the KB range. If you have a link to the tool, please post. Thanks!

IRFanView is pretty easy, but I don't have a link. We use it here in the office so PW's photos of the curb being replaced that gets included in a report to staff doesn't kill the email server.

so you just want to resize them? use MS paint. just resize the image or dont even resize just resave as a more compact file.

Also searches online will easily show you converters and whatnot.

You can just host it on ImageShack or Photobucket and they can resize for you. Not to mention, you don't have to attach the file, that's what most people prefer here though. I usually do the IMG code, which is [IMG]insert_photobucket_or_imageshack_URL[/IMG] and then you can post it like that without having the ugly gray border around the images. Photobucket actually writes the code for you, so all you have to do is copy and paste.

you want photoshop? i have it on my ftp, its an older version (v.7.0) but its pretty good still..
