barbera or montego for 328i sedan?
Really 2 different styles here:
Barbera - refined and classy Montego - bold and sporty I can't decide...any thoughts from the gallery? It will be a 3yr lease. |

I just ordered a Barbera 335xi coupe... its a very special color but not everyone likes it (some even hate it).
Montego has better popularity. If you like a darker color try Monaco Blue. It is almost black under dim lighting but has a tint of blue... very special too. I went from white to black to Barbera... and have 110 pictures on my computer just to decide which color I want. Anyway, it's YOUR decision. Place an order and you can always change before it goes into status 150. |

Read my sig
I was torn between Monaco and Montego blue until I strolled out on the lot and saw both side by side. Monaco was almost black and Montego just seemed more brilliant.
I think Montego is the way to go (my personal fav). Montego also looks good with the Beige leather (I saw the similar configuration in a Z4 before I ordered my 2008 e92). Here in TX I have to go with a lighter interior color because after work the interior cab can get to a billion degrees until you get the AC blowing for a while. With a darker interior, it gets to 2 billion degrees... Still waiting -- production is week 37...

oh... you are talking about a sedan... then go blue for sure, because the sedan yellow turning lights don't really match Barbera, but if you get a coupe, Barbera works out much better (white turning lights).

Montego with Lemon FTW!
Btw, you should turn this into a poll to see a more clear cut comparison of the two color's popularity.

i've seen a few barbera sedans... they look great. barbera on lemon would look great, and make your color combination about as rare as they come.

Of course you know my answer will be Barbera Red. Especially if you're getting the e90.
It looks way better in person.
