Is your moto headset set to discoverable mode? Also if your headset is already paired to a different device you will have to unpair it with that first.

yes it was set to discoverable mode. i also turned off my phone and other bluetooth devices, but still nothing. it works fine when i pair it with my ipod and phone. i googled for a solution, but the solution is not clear cut to me. it says i need to download jackpilot and fix the settings to allow A2DP or something. i dont seem to understand what it wants me to do.

yea it is some sort of hack, but people have claimed to have gotten it to work. i was just wondering if anyone on here has gotten it to work and could help me out. do you think the mac will support BT audio devices in the future with a software upgrade?

To be honest with you, I am not sure what Apple's BT support is lacking, With all the VoIP stuff out there and the BT headsets you can get for gaming and VoIP you think Apple would support it directly verse some hack. Maybe with the gaming companies coming back to Mac we might see better BT support.

I know it was a paining getting my RAZR to connect with my Powerbook via BT and connecting to the internet via GPRS, it was not completely obvious.

Did you search apples discussion board to see if anyone else had success with it.
