My door lock/unlock problem fixed!

I just got my car back from service to fix a very annoying remote lock/unlock problem. See this thread for more detail:http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=75681

I thought replacing the fuse was the end of the story, but within a 2 weeks span, it happened again last night. So this morning, I dropped the car off my dealer and asked them to check it out. Here is what was wrong with the door from my invoice:

CAUSE: Rotary latch lock/system lock, front incorrect connection/contact
0000555 Interrogating fault memory in diagnosing system

Here is the part that was replaced: 51-21-7-059-967 SYSTEM LATCH, LEFT

hopefully it is fixed. Amazingly, my dealer stocked this item. They must have had this issue before. Oh yeah, they also had to replaced 2 burn fuses.

Great to hear it's fixed! So they put the wrong component in at the factory?? That's weird. That also must mean there are more out there....

I am not sure what was wrong, I was told it was defective. Been working perfectly for 42K miles and from out of no where, I had two exact problem the last 2 weeks (first time I fixed it myself by replacing the fuse, second time I decided to let the dealer find the real bug).
