cdv delete
So after a month of owning the new car, i realize how much I miss the Clutch Delete Valve on my old car. Anyone know where i can get this done here in MD... i know At-Speed is in the area, but they want true labor costs. Willing to cross into the VA if its worth it. Thanks in advance.

I'm in Howard County if you're willing to make the trip. I've done this many times and 9 of 10 require bleeding after installation. Not a big deal except accessing the bleeder is difficult without removing the slave cylinder and that's not easy without lowering the tail shaft of the trans. This is why shops try to charge for this.

ahh thanks Clem! thought it was a simple removal.. Had it done on my old car when I was getting the coil-overs installed. got it. I Still need to make that trip to see you, just waiting on some other things to go wrong, that way we can knock it all out.

Cool. The CDV takes literally seconds to change. It's the air in the line that isn't fun the get out. Even when you clamp the line, some air usually gets in and it doesn't take much to render your clutch pedal limp.

ended up getting it done local. Didnt buy the BMS one because its a simple un-hooking of the line from the stock one, then connecting back to the line without it.. no need for the modified cdv. Ran it for 51k on my last car.. no issues
