The time has finally come!

After flirting with the enemy (Audi) for just under a year, I am returning to a BMW.
Picking up a 335d on Saturday and i can't wait

Had a 330d before the Audi and regretted parting with it almost immediately.
The Audi is nice but nothing more than that.
The BMW is, well, it's a BMW and that says it all

Very nice mate. I did the same as you with Audi and came to the same conclusion hence why have a 330d back on the drive!

I lasted 15 minutes in an A5 sportback 3.0.

My 335d looked just like yours - maybe even from the same forecourt (Sytner??)
Mine now has some added black! (wheels, grilles, roof, spoiler, diffuser)

A5 3.0tdi with all the toys.
Dont get me wrong, it's a great car (especially when we had snow and when you wanna go round corners at speeds that you shouldn't!) but it ain't a BMW.
I think you're either one or the other, BMW or Audi, but didn't want to be a knocker without having trying both.......
I tried, it failed, I'm back!

Pick it up this weekend, all I gotta do now is remap it!

The fact that there aren't many of them made me want one even more!
Had a 330d before the Audi and I would happily have another but when this popped up on my radar........ well, like I said, pick it up this weekend!

Yeh, agree with that 100%.
I had the Quattro 3.0tdi and although you can throw it in to corners at ridulous speeds, it ain't as fun as having to stop the back over taking the front!
