Leasing a Cayman?

I am trying to get info on Porsche Cayman leases, a dealer wants to offer me 64% residual on a 24 month/ 10k Miles a year lease. Sound like a ripoff? I mean 64% residual seems awfully high.

The CaymanS is the first consideration i have for my next car. I would think that lease rates would not be that bad considering that depreciation would not be that bad on these cars. Anyone?

with min down payment (1-2k) 10-12 k miles you are looking at 1100-1300 a month with MSRP around 60

That's a lot for a 60k car??? You can lease a Z4M for way better numbers than that.

That is a lot. For that amount, you might as well buy the car, then sell it later.
