Is there JB4 Stage 3 coming out soon for F30?

Was curious if anyone knew if JB4 stage 3 is coming out anytime soon for the F30?

Also, when do I know when the tune has kicked in or not in general? I was under the impression the oil gage at the bottom right hand corner, that the needle was suppose to be all the way in the middle. Now I heard yesterday that it just needs to get off 160 (needle to the bottom left just above the 160 and not touching anymore).

Can anyone please confirm when I am actually running higher boost and when I can floor it and not have to worry about the engine?
