Judging by looks well more than 50%, if i had to guess 75% but ill be sure to get a tire tread depth gauge and post the actual readings. The are in VERY good shape.

The ride height on a XI is typically more generous so I would have to say yes. On my M-Sport with factory suspension there was about two finger gap and room to add spacers.

Your biggest concern with your XDrive should matching tire circumference - or as close as you can get it.

The Front 235/35/19 is 2032 mm (80'')
The rear 265/30/19 is 2019 mm (79.5'')

Now I am certainly no expert and therefore don't know enough to tell you weather or not this difference is in the acceptable range or not but you should find out before you risk damage to your AWD system.
