Who tried to get away with this custom plate and explanation?

Anyone here?

On a personal note, on the last day of registration for 7 letter plates this year, I signed up for an all black "DBLE TAP" to go along w/the "Zombie Response Team" decal on my truck. I locked it down for 10 years.

Fast forward 2 months later when I get a letter in the mail saying it had been rejected. The kicker: I saw a guy with the plate "DBL TAP" on his car not even 2 months before! FTMFL, *smh* @ myplates.com
