Friend just got E60 525i 2004

My friend just got a 2004 525i from Seattle (across the boarder). Two things he wants are xenons and tires+rims. For the xenons, how much and where can you get them? The current car doesn't have the projectors. He wants to have projectors installed because without it, the xenon looks terrible (blue/purple). Also, what are some decent brands of rims that are out there (going for at least 18-19 in). Also, the car has Idrive (all 5 series) but does not have navigation. Could this be solved by just purchasing a navigation dvd? or do you have to INSTALL the navigation?
