Can anyone please advise me on this 325i Lease Deal

This is what a dealer has offered me. Could you please tell me if the charges are legit and what sort of a deal this is. To me it seems like the dealer is inflating my payments more than what they should be. Also what is the Bank Fee for? Is it legit?

Your calculations are spot on. In fact, the residual (76%) is higher than what it should be (74%) which is good for you.

$625 is the aquisition fee. That's the going rate. Note that if you pay that up front, your payment will be reduced to $495 which will reduce your security deposit to $500 (the SD is your payment rounded up).

Not sure about your misc fees. Tags and Doc fees in MD are about $160.

Be aware that the money factor on 330s is only 0.00195 compared to 0.0025 on the 325. A similarly equipped 330 may not cost you much more. Configure one on on bmwusa.com and someone here can work the payment for you.
