forget the M3,this is what the M3 should of been.The M3 looks like a 5 series compared to this.

Yeah, at first I wasn't so hot on the 135 looks.....but this version has definitely changed my mind. What a sweet looking ride! Cheaper than the 335, weighs less, and comes with 6 piston Brembos. Are you kidding me?

I don't see what's wrong with the headlights? I always though eyelids looked rice.

CONCEPT, this is not the 1 series production car. Neither this concept or 1 series have Brembo brakes either.

The 1-series simply looks like that. I personally prefer the e92 / e93 design but the 135 will be a great car as well, no doubts.

That or the engine from the 320si. Actually, then it would make less power so unless it weighed under 3000 lbs I'd rather have the 6.

the biggest flaw of 1 is the "saggy" side skirt/door line. other than that, it looks pretty good.

True but I'd trade some power for a lighter front which I think what the porky 135i needs is a more nimble front end. And if it's turbo charged v. easy to boost 40-50hp with a simple tune! I do hope Bimmer will make it...

I've seen a short flick on our local TV where they tested the 135i. They said ok, not bad at all, but it looks (from inside) and feels like the 335i's cheapo spartan model. well, I'll see, going for a testdrive with a new 2008 335i, I'll ask the about the 135i

Each time I see a picture of the 1 series, I like it more and more. I saw someone mention that it looks a little like the E46, but I think it actually looks more like an updated E21 (the old 320i).

A friend of mine back in HS had a 320i and even though it was almost 10 years old at the time, I still liked it.
