I don't know if someone's tweaking (no, I didn't say twerking) or what, but weird stuff is happening to the header...

I saw it on my mobile and thought my phone as acting odd, but it's the same on my computer.

Was seeing the same thing, refresh was not doing it, cleared my browser cache and it went away.

Mine is still acting up and refreshing it does nothing...

Ditto. I'm not sure what's missing from the header now because I never paid attention either. I have a big black bar above the list of the forums

Yeah that was extremely annoying lOl. Like already said, wiping cache fixes it.

I'm on the iPad, so just a refresh fixed it for me, didn't have to go that drastic

Just went here to post also - was taking up like 20% of my page, refresh seems to have fixed it though.
