So I don't know if this is old news or not but i went to the dealer to bring in my car for service today and to my surprise i saw a E92 328xi with Black High Gloss Trim... I was stunned!! It looks absolutely gorgeous!!!
I am soo bummed that it was not an option when i ordered my 07 E92 335 last year...
So it's an 08' option that is specifically available only for 328I/XI in E92/E93.
How ridiculous is that??!!! How come 335 owners can't order the Black High Gloss Trim?
I would swap my aluminum trim for this in a heartbeat...
Does anyone know if this is available aftermarket or Oem from one of our vendors here...
That's definitely the next mod i would put on my list.
The 328xi E92 i saw at the dealer was Saphire Black with Coral Red interior and the Black High Gloss Trim and let me tell you it looked absolutely fabulous with the Coral Red!!!

I got the Loongtran Sidemarker's... Basically the same color as the car...

It is posible here in Cyprus to get High gloss trim with all 3-series coupes. However i opted for the Aluminum trim to go with my Dakota leather. I think it will be too dark and dull if you go with Hgh gloss

It's actually glossy and really pops.
On a black on black car i don't know but i saw it on a black on coral car and it looked sick...
Think of Plasmas and Lcds theyre all going Gloss Black instead of the Silver look...

I ordered the high gloss trim and it was no charge with dakota leather. My car is due to arrive in December. Sorry about the quality of the picture it’s from the accessory catalogue.
