Would you Compromise for Price

Ive been looking to buy a 335 Sedan for awhile now, i was going to order new so i could get the color combo i want. But recently i have noticed a few used 335's for sale with anywhere from 10-15k miles. My question is this, how many of you would compromise on color combo to get a 335 for say 35,000 with low miles if it had everything you wanted as far as options just the wrong color? Or would you rather spend 8-10k more and get the color you want, inside and out.

I'd take almost any of the BMW colors for a savings of 8K. I'm assuming this car would come with the remainder of new car warranty and maintenance, correct?

Yes, im just starting to see cars fall in the 36k+ prices, and im assuming i could negotiate alittle down to 35k. But the factory warranty would always come along with.

I compromised on color for price and delivery date. My first choice was SG, but the dealer had an AW car (my second choice) that we could get in 2 weeks (instead of 2-3 months) and offered a 7k discount on it (brand new with 4km on odo at delivery). If I went for the SG, I could have managed at most a 2.5k discount off list.

Don't compare my discount price with that of US prices as cars are marked up much more in Japan. I still think I got a reasonable deal compared to anywhere else--55k (excl taxes) for 335i M Sport with every option other than Active Cruise Control and Logic 7.

It is totally up to you .... There are few colors I would not drive at any price and as long as the car is not one of those colors I would be ok....

I would want AW with black interior if i was to order, but im seeing alot of Black with the Tan interior. Not ugly at all, just not my first choice. Black looks great, but its hard to keep looking good, my last car was an AW M3 and it was very easy to keep clean.

Not in Japan, which is which is wierd because pretty much everything else is std on the 335 (idrive, comfort access, adaptive lights, pdc, md player, cd changer and some more).
