For sale is my 2007 BMW 335i Coupe (E92) with 6-speed manual trans. It has roughly 95k miles on it and has been meticulously maintained. Equipped with the Sport Pkg and the Cold Weather Pkg. I purchased it roughly 3 years ago under a CPO warranty and maintenance plan which expired in January 2013. Since then I have performed all of my own maintenance.

Here of some maintenance details:
- Oil & Filter Changes every 5k miles
- Flushed the brake/clutch fluid March 2013
- Changed Rear Diff Fluid @ 80k miles
- Changed Trans Fluid @ 80k miles
- New Spark Plugs @ 85k miles
- Replaced the cabin filter @ 80k miles
- Treat all door seals every 2-3 months
- Regularly use mother's leather care to keep the seats nice
- Had intake ports walnut blasted @ 65k miles
- StopTech Streetperformance brake pads @ 70k miles
- Brand New front rotors @ 70k miles

Minor Modifications
- VMR Wheels (18x8.5 fronts 18x9.5 rears) currently has Michelin Pilot Super Sport Tires on them
- Stock Sport Wheels - Currently plastidipped black with Blizzak winter tires
- M3 Front Control Arms
- Black Kidney Grills
- Plastidipped black door trim
- 35% tint on all windows except windsheild

I appreciate your interest, but how many of those cars are manual with cold weather and sport packages? I'm also including 2 sets of wheels & tires (1 for winter, 1 for summer). The summer tires alone are over $1k. I've been offered 13k on trade in so it wouldn't make much sense to sell it private party that low as I won't get the tax break. My price is negotiable so if you are still interested feel free to make an offer. The worst that will happen is I'll say no.

So sold for much closer to his comps then your original asking price. Makes sense. Beautiful car, only thing that scared me was the mileage.
