Well, since it is a US holiday, you shouldn't have to worry about the car being delayed in Germany. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

i sure hope not... you're schedualed to be done nov 7 right? I'm nov 9... supposedly mine won't be coming until mid december says my CA, in which case i wouldn't worry about thanks giving delay

the thing is...i think my car will be in the U.S by thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving will definately delay the prep process of the car i think. so instead of getting the car end of nov. i think im lokking at early dec. cause thanksgiving is like a 4 day weekend for a lot of people...

i should just be thankful im getting a car...and not whine about geetting it a week late...

whine all you want! I'll be doing my fair share of whining as well.

If you are only 2 days before me, I'm going to tell myself I'm going to be coming in november as well (or with a delay early december).

i just called to talk to a live person.. I'm in the middle stages of production. She said it should be done by the end of this week. Then 3-4 days to get to the port.... assuming optimistically that I get on a ship right away.... 2 weeks to travel on the boat.... it's looking like early december delivery is about right

Expect atleast a 2 day wait at the port. The average is around 4-5. So 2 would be realistic.

my ship arrives in NY on the 15th... and my dealership is not to far from the port (NJ) so im praying to get it before thanksgiving (22nd)
