Inspection Sticker for new car - question

Taking delivery next week. Here in Pennsylvania, we have 1-year renewal term for inspections, even on new vehichles. In my area, we are required to have both safety and emissions stickers.

I will have a 36 month lease. In the past, I've seen that the dealer puts on an inspection sticker that is from a previous month, rather than current month, which makes the customer pay for that last inspection, just before turning the car in.

Has anyone ever addressed this item with their dealer before taking delivery? I'd like to insist on a December sticker to avoid the $80 charge bill they will charge me for that last inspection before end of lease.

Overall, not a big deal in a $45K car, but it's the principle!
