Active oil leak?

Hello e90post~~
can anyone tell me if this is active oil leak (OIL PAN) or not? the reason i ask is because i've got declined once (about 5 months ago) from my extended warranty because they said it is not a active leak......well the contract says it too...... THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME!

At first I thought "active oil leak" was a new option, lol. Pic 3, shows two bolts wet, so I'd say yes you have a leak there.
