Bent part in suspension

Well I was in a accident about 3 months ago and had my car fixed under insurence and everything seemed to be good until today. I ordered 9.5s for my car and my front left tire would rub against my suspension. I was scared once I found that out. I brought my car to American tire to see what they had to say. They ran some tests and said something is bent. I did not stay there for them to check it out because of time. My question is do you think that insurance will cover this? I'm going to be calling the shop who did the repairs tomorrow

They'll have to write a 'supplemental' and fix what they didn't fix before.

Most insurance companies have at least a 12 month supplimental repair policy. Statefarm has a 24-month policy.

If they can relate it to the accident. I had to rear end a taxi a few months ago, and my control arms got bent as well. They said they couldn't relate it to the accident so I didn't get a supplemental claim. It's dumb isn't it.
