Well I'll start by saying I own a 2011 msport 335D. It has 62 000 miles and mechanically runs great. But, I feel something if wrong in the suspension. I came out of the dealer 1 month ago and they changed my rear suspension as well front bushing and some rear bushing because they were cracked. I live on Montreal and we have very cold temps ! When below -10C , the first 10 minutes driving my car feels like a 15 years old car, it makes heavy clunk in the back just like I had no suspension or bushing hitting metal! When it warms up, it's okay.
But my biggest problem is when I hit the throttle on dry road , the DTC is always activating and when I begin to get some speed, the car feel sloppy from left to right. I cannot keep the throttle because I feel the car is too bouncy and it's freaking dangerous! I've bought the car new and it's my third winter with it and never had this feeling I run 225/40/18 all around with Nokian Hakkapellitta 7 studded tires! I believe that the tires are the problem because they are rated to only 180 km/h and have studs. Maybe that's why the car behaves this way and that the DTC would almost all the time activate and that the studs makes the car spin even at high speed. Maybe the tires are the problem I really don't know. |

Ask dealer which bushing he used. may be the bushing he used was of different material. As temp dips, all material starts hardening. Some more so.
It might be just the tires also like u said |

Studs are great on ice, but they are going to handle poorly on dry pavement. I used to run studs many years ago, but the advances in winter tire technology have really made them unnecessary.

The thing is that under heavy acceleration, the cars swing from left to right .... If I drive 60 mph and turn right to left, there is soooo much roll. I can't explain it . The car never behaved like this in the past.

Could be shocks/struts. Push down and release on each corner a few times to get it bouncing up and down and then let go. It should stop bouncing immediately. If it doesn't your dampers are shot.

Rated for max 100 mph So maybe the compounds or sidewall are too weak ? |

To me it sounds like a tire issue. I'd check with a couple dealers and see what they say about your car + tire combo
